O’Brien Inc. as the Executive Assistant, marking the commencement of her immersive dive into the intricate world of real estate spearheading initiatives that blended her passion for real estate with operational intricacies. Drawing on over a decade of successful management experience in distribution, retail, wholesale, and specialization in manpower planning and development, quality improvement, inventory control, software development and application, merchandising, and sales. Ms. Vitale served as the Senior Operations Manager at Century 21 Department Stores Distribution Center, General Retail Manager for the Wildlife Conservation Society’s iconic venues like the Central Park Zoo and NY Aquarium, collaboration with FAO Schwarz, and as the Showroom Manager for Giorgio Cosani, Inc., overseeing showrooms in NYC and operating on both the East and West Coasts. In addition to her corporate ventures, she explored entrepreneurship, founding and operating Sweet Joy Inc., a vibrant coffee house and bake shop, bringing delightful experiences to the community. Subsequently, she entered the beauty industry by establishing Bombshell Cell Inc., a private high-end, fully equipped salon studio in Staten Island, unfortunately facing closure due to pandemic challenges. Despite setbacks, these experiences deepened her comprehension of consumer needs and market intricacies, enriching her skill set and enhancing her understanding of business operations.
